—Salads as a main course. Our lunch and dinner menu features salads as full main dishes — not just sides — built on fresh vegetables, seasonal fruit and quality protein.
—Vegetarian and vegan dishes marked. All menu items with a plant-based option are clearly labelled — no need to ask the waiter, just pick a vegetarian or vegan choice at a glance.
—Fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals at the breakfast buffet. Every day at the buffet: fresh seasonal fruit, natural yoghurts, cereals, muesli and nuts — the classic base of a healthy breakfast, alongside hot dishes.
—Allergens always labelled. The menu lists the full set of 14 allergens in line with EU regulations, and filtered water is freely available at the water corner in the lobby — no PET bottles, no limits.

The 4 Zmysły restaurant is prepared to accommodate Guests with a range of dietary needs — from elimination diets to requirements arising from religious beliefs. We respect our Guests' customs and, with advance notice, will adapt meals to individual requirements, for both individual Guests and groups.
— Meals in line with religious requirements. Upon prior request, our kitchen will prepare dishes that take into account dietary requirements stemming from religion.
— Menus for meetings and events. For conference, banquet and reception organisers we will prepare a menu tailored to attendees' dietary needs — including religious requirements — upon request.
— Diets on request — individually or for groups. With advance notice we will prepare gluten-free, lactose-free, low-fat and other special meals.
— HACCP and full allergen separation. We operate under the HACCP system, and our team is trained in the safe preparation and separation of allergens.
— Certified menus — external partner. For Guests and organisers requiring strictly certified dishes, prepared in accordance with specific religious requirements, we provide service in cooperation with trusted external caterers with whom we have standing agreements.

Delivered from a fruit and vegetable wholesaler located 26 km from the hotel, in the Czosnów municipality near Warsaw. Except for exotic fruits, the entire range comes from local producers — Polish fields, orchards and market gardens.
We work with three carefully selected suppliers, all Polish meat processing plants and slaughterhouses. All products come from their own farms:
The remaining fresh and frozen products are supplied by a Warsaw-based wholesaler, 16 km from the hotel. A short supply chain means goods reach the kitchen quickly and in full freshness.
