The Reception is open 24h/7.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 PM on the following day.
Contact:Restaurant 4 Zmysły (4 Senses) is a tasty spot on the culinary map of Warsaw. In elegant interiors, Guests can taste traditional Polish dishes as well as seasonal specialties from our Chef.

To minimize energy consumption and reduce CO2 emissions, we have introduced a system that turns off electricity in the sockets when the key card is removed. If you need to charge your devices while away (e.g., when leaving the room), please ask the Reception for a second card or use the socket marked on the wall behind the bed.
To lock and secure the door from the inside, please set the latch to the VERTICAL position. To unlock – set it to the HORIZONTAL position.
Please report your wish to use the laundry service to the reception by 9:00 AM. Please fill out the form (found in the wardrobe) and leave it with your clothes. Clean clothes will be returned the next day by 4:00 PM.
Laundry service is unavailable on weekends and holidays.

01. Hotel rooms are rented for hotel days. The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 PM the next day.
02. A wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated in the reservation must be reported to the reception by 6:00 PM on the day preceding the departure date indicated in the reservation. The hotel will gladly accommodate your wish to extend the stay, subject to availability. In the event of extending the stay without agreeing with the reception, your bill will be charged an amount adequate to the extension time. In the absence of vacancies, the Guest's belongings will be packed by commission and deposited.
03. Prices include breakfast and VAT. Prices are quoted in PLN.
04. Upon your arrival at the hotel, please perform the following activities: fill out the registration card and leave it at the reception; collect the room key card; settle the hotel stay fee in advance.
05. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast from 6:30-10:30 Monday to Friday and 7:00-11:00 on weekends. In case of early departure, please report this fact to the reception by 6:00 PM the previous day, which will allow us to prepare breakfast packages for you.
06. Persons not registered at the hotel are requested to leave the premises by 10:00 PM. If your guests stay in the hotel room after 10:00 PM, the receptionist is obliged to charge your bill for this person's stay, and this person is obliged to fill out a registration card.
07. A hotel guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which he has paid the stay fee has not expired.
08. Quiet hours apply in the hotel from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The behavior of Guests and persons using the hotel services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests; the hotel may refuse further provision of services to a person who violates this rule.
09. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them immediately to the reception.
10. A safe is available at the hotel reception. Please deposit money, securities, and valuable items in it, particularly valuables and items of scientific or artistic value.
11. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to items brought in by Guests to the extent specified by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Guest should notify the hotel reception of the damage immediately after its discovery. The hotel bears limited liability for the loss or damage of the above-mentioned items if they were not deposited in the safe. The hotel may refuse to accept items for safekeeping if they threaten safety or if, in relation to the size or standard of the hotel, they have too great a value or take up too much space.
12. The hotel is not responsible for Guests' cars left in hotel or municipal parking lots.
13. The hotel is not responsible for Guests' belongings located in the hotel restaurant.
14. Personal items left by a departing Guest in the hotel room will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at their expense. In the absence of such instruction, the hotel will store these items for three months.
15. Charging an electronic device during absence from the room is possible only using the socket located on the wall behind the bed.
16. In the event of any damage or visible neglect in the room on the day of check-in, the Guest is obliged to immediately notify the reception staff. In the absence of a report, the Guest bears financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the room equipment. The hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for damages caused after their departure.
17. It is forbidden in hotel rooms to perform activities that may cause a fire (using heaters, electric irons, and other devices not constituting room equipment), its spread, or hindering rescue operations or evacuation. Please read the fire instructions located in the hotel room.
18. There is a total ban on smoking throughout the hotel. In the event of a violation of this ban, the Guest will be charged 500 PLN and the cost of any room refreshment.
19. Room cleaning and any necessary repairs take place daily during the Guest's absence from the room, and in their presence only if they express consent. If you do not wish for your room to be cleaned during your absence, please report this to the reception.
20. When leaving the room each time, please check that the door and windows are properly closed and leave the card at the reception. In case of loss or failure to return the card, the Hotel will charge the Guest a cost of 50 PLN for one card.
21. The hotel has the right to refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay at any of the hotels belonging to the Satoria Group SA chain, violated the hotel regulations, hindered the stay of other guests, or did not settle the bill.
